Sift 2 tablespoon cocoa into mixing bowl; mix in 50 grams melted butter on medium high speed until smooth. Add 200 ml sweetened condensed milk and continue to mix until smooth. Add vanilla and mix until smooth. Microwave for 20 seconds. Spread frosting on cooled cake, let stand 2 hours to set.
